DigiBrix has signed a Master Development Agreement with Intetics, a software development organization headquartered in Wilmette, IL. This agreement calls for Intetics to provide, on a long-term basis, technical resources in areas such as development, data base and quality assurance.

DigiBrix is targeting next summer for its first go-to-market version of its product, which is code named Entire. This product is designed for mid-market IT departments across industry verticals. Entire provides a dynamically interrelated knowledge repository to manage all the business activities of today's complex IT organizations.

Along with providing development resources, Intetics will work with DigiBrix in marketing of the DigiBrix product in Europe. Intetics currently has sales offices in several European Union countries, which will quickly open doors for sales throughout Europe.
