Pittsburgh - Digibrix, L.P.
October 15, 2004

An initial closing was conducted on the first portion of the DigiBrix seed funding round. Funds are still being raised with this round, but the triggering threshold has been obtained and the company is embarking with full time product development.

"This is a major milestone for our company," stated Gary Rosensteel, DigiBrix CEO, "Our executive team and our Board have put in a major effort to get to this point. While there are many other hurdles we will face in reaching success, closing on the first funding is a key event. It's similar to the dollar bill you see on the wall at a Mom & Pop store."

DigiBrix is targeting next summer for its first go-to-market version of its product, which is code named Entire. This product is designed for mid-market IT departments across industry verticals. Entire provides a dynamically interrelated knowledge repository to manage all the business activities of today's complex IT organizations.

DigiBrix is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based company developing a dynamically interrelated knowledge repository for managing all aspects of IT business operations - people, projects, assets, support and vendors. The DigiBrix product is focused on mid-market IT departments in a variety of industries; allowing them intuitive and immediate access via web browsers and mobile devices to all aspects of their business operations.
